1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or hold an account on bv88:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of bv88 and its affiliated entities;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform;
• Persons acting as agents, syndicates, or on behalf of third parties for wagering purposes.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money wagering on bv88, you must complete registration by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. Incomplete or inaccurate registration data may result in account suspension or delayed withdrawals.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

You must notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bv88 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bv88 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. bv88 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your BDT Wallet.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible;
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;

5.4 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your BDT Wallet within 60 seconds. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1–24 hours from the time of request, subject to successful verification. bv88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

5.5 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on bv88 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bv88 does not support multi-currency accounts.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your bet slip — including market selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. bv88 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where an obvious pricing error has occurred at the sole discretion of bv88.

6.2 Odds and Markets

bv88 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, bilateral ODI and Test series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by bv88 in any of the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or cancelled without a result; the event does not commence within the applicable timeframe; a manifest pricing or technical error occurred; or evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns is identified. Void bets are returned to your BDT Wallet at the original stake value.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

bv88 reserves the right to apply maximum winnings limits to individual bets, markets, or events. Where applicable, these limits will be communicated within the relevant market or product page. Winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be paid at the stated maximum.

7. Casino Games

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on bv88 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are provided by regulated live dealer studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by bv88 or the Player.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, any bets placed during the period of malfunction may be declared void and stakes returned. bv88 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of game malfunctions, connectivity failures, or server interruptions. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all casino products.

7.3 Game Rules

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Account Holder found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus cancelled, any associated winnings forfeited, and their account reviewed for possible suspension.

8.4 Right to Withdraw Offers

• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or as part of a commercial betting syndicate;
• Attempting to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion, or KYC requirements;
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct towards bv88 staff.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bv88 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game content, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bv88 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bv88. All trademarks and service marks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment provider issues;
• Technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or server outages;
• Decisions made by sporting authorities affecting the outcome of events on which bets were placed;
• Your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform.

bv88's maximum aggregate liability to any Account Holder in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Account Holder in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

13. Privacy & Data

bv88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. 14. Account Suspension & Closure

14.1 Suspension by bv88

bv88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that: the Account Holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or there is a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other players.

14.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting bv88 via the in-platform live chat. Before closure, any active bonus funds will be removed. Any remaining real-money balance (above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

14.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bv88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts following written notification to the registered contact details. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bv88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
